Hello to everyone! Is there any way to measure texture fillrate? I’ve read OpenGL FAQ 22 Performance. There are some guidelines on how to measure FPS, primitives or triangles per second, pixels per second. I need some software method to measure Texels per second. Target OpenGL implementations vary from OSMesa to proprietary drivers for graphics card. Thanks in advance.
Such a number is effectively meaningless for modern hardware. What you might consider “fillrate” relies on so many factors that it just isn’t a meaningful statistic.
Which is “archived material” that is no longer current or reliable.
