I want to know what’s the reason for not supporting laptop GPUs (most Geforce MX GPUs)
For example my gpu MX130!
I looked into the vulkan GPU database and found out most of MX GPUs don’t support video decoding of vulkan (like VK_KHR_video_decode_queue and others)
What’s the reason?

Probably because this is a low-end board (GM108, Maxwell 1st Gen, circa 2014) that has no NVDEC units:
Incidentally, it also has no NVENC units (so don’t expect video encode support), and not surprisingly given the GPU generation, no RT cores (so no ray tracing) nor tensor cores.
