order independent transparency problems in NVIDIA 8XXX GPUs

I working with OIT. Initially i tested the NVidia oit_3x example in three NVidia GPUs (6800, 7600 and 8800) in 6800 and 7600 the example works fine, but in 8800 not works. Then i think that the ARB_fragment_program extension was obsolete in 8XXX series and i bring to GLSL. Again, in 8XXX doesn’t work.

does Someone know why it happens?
