OpenGL ES 3.0 Conformance Test Error

I am trying to run the Khronos Conformance Test suite for GLES 3.0 from the Khronos repo in this link on my RcarH3 board. I’ve configured and built the test successfully as per the documentation on the above platform and it runs fine except for SC2-CTS.gtf.** tests.

These tests fail with below assertion: FATAL ERROR: Failed to open file: ‘./gl_cts/GTF/GL2ExtensionTests/data_type_10_10_10_2/input.run’ at tcuResource.cpp:53

I’ve checked and there is no data_type_10_10_10_2 that got created during the build. There was no clue in the makefile as to how this folder is getting generated and populated during the build.

Any pointers would be much appreciated.
