.Net (Microsoft *DOT* Net) and OpenGL - Is it safe?

I’m working on a exercise machine 3d visualisation project which is planning to develop a training system using code in Visual Basic .Net and C++ .Net (Where the OpenGL parts will live). I as yet haven’t got my hands on a copy of Beta 2 .Net, can anyone confirm if this is perfectly happy with OpenGL and that VB/C++ integrate well together?

It should be, I am sure Microsoft already thought on how to use already created dll’s in their framework.
