Moving from opengl 1.3 to opengl/es

I developed an application on windows xp, with OpenGL 1.3. Now I want to build the application in Windows CE.

  1. Can I still use OpenGL or should I replace it with OpenGL/ES ?
  2. Why doesn’t OpenGL/ES has all the functions of OpenGL 1.3 j(like selection and bitmaps) ? can I add them ?
