MFC and opengl

hi, i have a question

i’m actually writing a “Level Editor”
with multiple views, toolbars and stuff…

i’m rather new to mfc but i’ve noticed that when using mfc there is a delay between the rendering and mouse movements - the rendering tries to catch up with the mouse
but fails (and i’m talking about rendering a cube on screen).

when i used a simple win32 application and a glu window i didn’t have this problem (but i didn’t have toolbars either)

is it something i’m doing wrong (redundant stuff, things i forgot to initialize on mfc) or is it really slower and i’ll be better off implemeting my own GUI???
