Image Maths

Hi! I was wondering if someone could point out where can I find information about few topics :

  1. opengl’s mathematical representation of images.
  2. Maths behind GL_MODELVIEW and GL_PROJECTION.


concerning 2.), there’s an appendix in the OpenGL RedBook (an online version can be found on, explaining how the matrices get setup for the different transforms.
For 1. I don’t really understand what you want to know. Maybe the glPixelStore function will give you a solution.
