How to implement newer OpenGL in older pc's with no gpu?

This is my CPU-Z output -
Please help me, I want to run OpenGL supported games but I can’t and I can’t buy new PC.

This isn’t going to support anything above OpenGL 2.1, and that can’t be changed via software. If this a desktop system with a PCIe slot, you can install a discrete graphics card. Even a cheap card will support OpenGL 4.x, although whether the performance will be good enough for recent games is a different matter. Regardless of cost issues, the PC’s existing power supply probably won’t support a high-performance card.

If you have specific games in mind, be sure to look at what the game designers recommend for a minimum GPU.

The “no cost” solution which may work for some games is to use Mesa3D OpenGL libraries. This will give you OpenGL support through a CPU implementation (though Mesa3D does support GPU implementations on some platforms). OpenGL implemented on the CPU will typically run much more slowly than when implemented through a GPU.

If you’re willing to spend a little money, for a few dollars you can score a cheap NVidia PCI Express v1 x16 GPU from a number of generations back off Ebay or Amazon for your Gigabyte GA-G41MT-S2P Motherboard.

Before you do though, I’d look to make sure someone else with the same GPU has gotten it working with Windows 10 (if you’re determined to stay with that OS) and ideally you can find at least one person that’s used that GPU with your motherboard. Also, verify that your system’s power supply has sufficient capacity to support the new GPU. If you get an older GPU that’s fanless or not a top-of-the-line model, you’ll be less likely to run into power supply capacity problems.
