How do you get started developing. Right now, I have a mac running OS X jaguar.

Start by installing the Developer Tools. They come with Mac OS X 10.2 or you can download the latest version from connect.apple.com (free online membership required).
Beyond that, you’ll need to learn a programming language like C, Objective C or Java. Probably a book or a course will be the best thing for you here.
You’ll also need to learn how to use Project Builder. It’s not particularly difficult, but it could be confusing if you’ve never done any programming before.
