Hello,

If I don’t need to concern about drivers’ backward compatibility,

may I now totally ignore descriptor buffer and old original descriptorset

and instead use descriptor heap only?

If backwards compatibility isn’t an issue (for you), then yes, descriptor heaps are the way forward.
