Hi @Sksur – typically 3D models are created in modeling software like Blender (https://www.blender.org/). There are lots of good tutorials on YouTube and elsewhere that teach how to use Blender, if that’s something you’re interested in learning. Alternatively, it’s easy to find free models of cars on sites like Sketchfab:
Once you have a glTF model of a car, people usually choose a 3D viewer or a game engine, this depends heavily on what you’re trying to make … a desktop game? mobile game? website? just for fun? Most of these tools will have their own forums and documentation and tutorials, which should help you get started.
