KHR_materials_transmission support in Unreal 4.27+

Currently the existing GLTF exporter and runtime packages support KHR_Materials_Unlit and KHR_Materials_Clearcoat. Are there plans to extend support to the KHR_Materials_Transmission extension? Is the onus for this on individual developers or is there an engine/shader issue preventing this from becoming a reality on Epic’s side of the house?
