How to use Provisional Extensions of OpenCL

I’m trying to use OpenVX with Intel HD Graphics. But Intel’s SDK, OpenVINO doesn’t support it, because it’s version is too old.
So I want to install and use OpenVX and OpenCL without SDK.
I installed OpenVX with sample and extension hedder from here.

I try to use ‘OpenCL interop extension’, but I can’t find out it.

How to use Provisional Extensions of OpenCL?
