why glut doesn't work on my Voodoo2?

hi! any ideas why my Voodoo2 card doesn’t work with glut? i’ve already tried maybe 100 times running glut-based programs but in most cases it crashes and sometimes i can see an upper part of the screen…
anybody knows what it is?

First of all, are you under Linux or Windows ?

if it’s under Linux,
. use Mesa
. export MESA_GLX_FX fullscreen
then run your app.

under Windows, i’m not sure til i haven’t tried. But you may link to the minigl drivers, or any opengl library for glide.
