Where do I download the lastest open gl

i have a NVIDIA Geforce 8800 GTS 512 graphics card and im new so sorry if this is a stupid question

Isn’t updating video driver updates Opengl also?

And remenber, do not rely on Microsoft updates for this.
Instead go to the http://www.nvidia.com website and get your drivers.

Zhudu, do you want to program with OpenGL? If not this not the right section. Otherwise, downloading drivers is not enough, you need development files that depends on the OS you are working on.
