where can I download glut32.lib, glut32.dll and glut.h

Im a cs student and Im suppose to program graphics using c++…
the problem is I could not find any site to download these files. (glut32.lib, glut32.dll and glut.h )

The links to Getting Started - OpenGL Wiki didn`t help

I would be thankful if anyone could direct me to any site to download this.
