When CPU call vkCmdDrawIndirect did not CPU wait when GPU finish draw ?

How i understood CPU wait when GPU finish simple Draw.
If i using vkCmdDrawIndirect, CPU wait GPU or not ?

Your question makes no sense.

In Vulkan, virtually all CPU/GPU synchronization is explicit. So if you did not include some form of synchronization that would cause the CPU to wait for the GPU to “finish simple Draw”, then it will not happen.
