[WGL] Cannot get OpenGL function address

hello guys i have a problem with Tech demo
the techDemo Can be found in http://www.bestevergames.com in the Movie section
the name of the Game is Project Earth
please help me
when i try to play the techDemo

I try for my Herc. Prophet 4500 64MB, I get a message saying “[WGL] Cannot get OpenGL function address”. The demo did work when I first tried it with my old GeForce card (which is now dead).

my other openGL games worked fine with all versions of the driver (Homeworld, Homeworld: Cataclysm, Quake 3, UT).
