Does anyone know how to create the waterfall effect as seen in Dungeon Siege. It has a really cool effect with foam and fowing water etc… Im pretty sure it doesnt use a particle system, and its definitely not just a simple dynamic texture coordinates technique.
Just look for particle engine infos.
To access those systems you’ll have to take a look to your physics courses : dynamic physic.
An other system could be to move texture coordinates on a mesh representing the cascade but it’s really awfull…
