You mean highpoly model? Or tessellation? I am pretty sure Vulkan can do that.


the both. I noticed openGL 3 cannot do it so I was curious if Vulkan can

OpenGL 3 supports it (as extension). That being said, it is not a magic switch. You actually have to program it into your game.
