Volumetic lighting

Anyone know any websites with good info on how to do Volumetic lighting.
Doesn’t matter if it’s in OpenGL or not I just need to know where to start with the mathematics side of the subject.

so no one knows anything about volumetric lighting???

Not on Volumetric Lighting but perhaps the opposite gives some clues.
