use of openGL with VC++ NET

I have just got MS VC++ NET, as far as I can see it does not have glut32.lib, but it does have glu32.lib and opengl32.lib.

Can anyone let me know how to use sourcecode which requires glut32.lib such as Openscenegraph? Do I need to download this file and associated includes etc? If so where do I get it from?
