tremble of animation

when I create some building model on the rough surface, for example on a slope. when animate the terrain and building together, the part surface that the terrain surface intersect with the bottom of building tremble obviously. the terrain is represented by grid structure. i know if i insert the bottom edges of building surface into the terrain then reconstruct the terrain surface, then the part surface will become triangle structure, the problem can be eliminated, but i think it is impossible. does anyone have some good advice or methods.

It’s almost certainly caused by Z-fighting. There have been any number of threads on this board about dealing with Z-fighting; try a search.
