Trace rays from callable shader

Can vulkan trace rays using OpTraceRayKHR from a a callable shader (possibly enabling a separate extension to do this if one does exist)?

For context I would like to trace rays using any hit shaders from a callable shader.

I know that if I can’t use OpTraceRayKHR I could probably get something working using ray querys.
