Are Coordinates in OpengGL right hand or left hand?
Has relation to the postive direction of rotation.

I think it is right hand ruleā¦
the - z is pointer into the screen, +z is point away from the screen.
the -x is to the left of the screen and the + x is to the right.
the -y is to the bottom and the + y the top.
