Realtime Video Capturing WebCa and Streamming , with 3D Data


I Want capture the video information being captured by a WebCam and Mix it from a Realtime OpenGL 3D output to be Broadcasted.

The OpenGL 3D Engine i have on place and i have all the code to collect the 3D Information , but i dont have an idea how i can get the video from the webcam…

the purpose is have the 3d application running on the computer, collect the information from a Webcam and send this information back to the webcam device to be streamed.

i read some info on the site about OpenML, but this forum is closed.

Anyone there can help me?
This type of thing is possible?
