Radeon 9700 & Asus P4B533?

Hi everybody,

does anybody have a running Linux system with the above configuration using ATI drivers?

Mine just works for a couple seconds (e.g. running gears) and then stops. As soon as the mouse is moved, the app segfaults and the kernel log says

Does anybody have a similar or better experience? What’s your exact configuration? Can anybody get some meaning from the kernel message?

I’m pretty much at a loss here, as the symptoms seem to indicate some sort of ressource or interrupt conflict, but I can’t find it. Any help welcome…

Thanks

Dirk
