Problem Linking OpenGL Code in VC++ 6.0

I am very much new in OpenGL Programming. I was writing a program in VC++ and got it written without any error.But when i was trying to build the Executale I found some linker Error like:

Linker error: Unresolved external Symbol: _aux…

I used

I managed to solve this problem when i Included
‘opengl32.lib’ and ‘glaux.lib’ in object library modules in the Link section of the project settings.

It is very annoying to write this to every project.

Is there any parmanent solution ?? Please help.

Add thoses lines

#pragma comment(lib, “opengl32.lib”)
#pragma comment(lib, “glaux.lib”)

I am very new to Vc++6 (just got it a couple weeks ago :slight_smile: ) but there should be an option for applyinh certain lib files to every program that you compile (or try to at leas :slight_smile: ) hopw this helps…
