I am having problem in repainting windows when I run an opengl application (written in MFC) on my machine (Pentius II 466, OS: Windows NT4.0 SP5, Video card Diamond Viper V550). The problem occurs whenever I size the opengl window. The problem is gone if I explicitly use generic opengl implementation instead of ICD. Has anybody experienced the same problem. I tend to suspect it is a bug in the ICD. By the way, the problem does not seem to exist in console applications (those without toolbars, status bar etc.). Any ideas, folks? Thanks.
This sounds like an ICD bug. I suggest you run your program using another video card. If it works fine with that other card then you’ve got your answer : ICD BUG !!!
