Peak Performance VBO

Okay, I am going to bite down my tongue and assume I made a mistake. Can anyone please tell me what was their peak performance using VBO
and GL_TRIANGLES or GL_TRIANGLE_STRIP, single sided lighting( per nvidia recommendation ), flat shading.

Anything in that range, exact settings are not totally important. I just want some numbers to see if I am really anywhere close.

Let me start:

30 fps
60 HZ
Geforce 5600 Ultra
330,000 Polygons
Same for triangle_strip and triangles.
