Can someone tell me where I can find an OpenGl referece (all the functions of Opengl with a complete description of the parameters and what does every function).

Have a look at www.opengl.org left frame Developer Documentation -> Specifications. http://www.opengl.org/Documentation/Specs.html
You can also buy the Blue Book (OpenGL 1.1 Reference).
