OpenGL vs DirectX in intel i915 driver

I have laptop with i915 Graphic driver

as it support both DirectX 9.0 support and OpenGL 1.4 support

and in my experience

In WindowXp this Driver support pixel shader(but not Vertex shader,TnL)

In OpenSuse 11.0 it comes on OpenGL 1.4 with

Vertex Program(some one say Vertex shader in windows)

Fragment Program(some one say Fragment shader in windows)

is driver’s
OpenGL capabalities < DirectX capabilities :mad:

or
OpenGL capabalities = DirectX capabilities :stuck_out_tongue:
or
OpenGL capabalities > DirectX capabilities :smiley:

and Dx 8.0 also supp shading with 1.3
