OpenGL Texture Quality?

Hi all,
I setup an opengl window and show my texture on it, But my texture quality isn’t as well as when i see my image in Microsoft Picture Manager. I do all of possible MAG and MIN filter parameter, but best gl quality is less than MSPicMang.

Do you know how can I reach the best quality in OGL.
