What do you want to know?

You open the program, type your ARB_vertex_program or ATI_fragment_shader code into the big field in the appropriate tab, the program does syntax checking as you type, and you can sometimes see the results on the little model on the right.

If you want to know what’s valid syntax, look at the extension specifications at http://oss.sgi.com/projects/ogl-sample/registry/
