OpenGL on Mac OS X

I am porting an openGL application to MAC os X. Original application is written in Codewarrior pro5. Right now i am trying to carbonize the application. I am using openGL 1.1.2 SDK libraries in this application. This works fine as a carbon app on MAC os 9 but does not run as a carbon app on mac os X. How can i proceed ? am i suppose to use a different set of libraries to run on MAC os X ?
