OpenGL ES for linux

Hi everyone,

             I have using Qtopia core( cross platform tool from Trolltech) application platform upon linux OS for a handheld device. I need to develop 3D application on qtopia core. when i read the documents about qtopia core, it says that for develping 3D applications ,it is required to install OpenGl ES ans EGL libraries and headers. can anyone say me from where can i download opengl ES and EGl packages for linux .
