opengl api seem to get stuck

hi there,

i have a problem thats games, normally q3a, sometimes keeps the opengl api in use when i quit this game. that happens randomly and is normally only to solve with a reboot :[

some infos about my system :
windows 2k / sp2
gf 2 gts / detonator 21.81 / direct x 8abut i’m quite sure it’s not a driver problem cause i tried tons of detonators everytime the same problem :[

the problem seem to lie between Q3 and opengl api itselve. so my question:

anyone knows a solution for this “bug” or a tool which can “reset” the opengl without forcing me to reboot my hole system ?
