OpenGL 2 and 3 Displaying 50% of Pixels in Checkerboard Pattern (Help!) - Windows 7

Platform - Windows 7
Video - AMD Dual Graphics (HD 6550D GPU, Radeon HD 6670)


It seems that every program I have that uses OpenGL (version 2 or 3) is displaying only half of the pixels with the rest black in a checkerboard pattern. Even after online research I can find no clue. Any help here would be trule appreciated.
