Its June 16th at the moment.
Are any details known about that meeting??
I am working on a GL information tool, and i really want to know what the Extension list will be for OpenGL 2.0 so that i can add OpenGL 2.0 compliance checking

It usually takes some times (a month or so) before the notes are available to the public so you should not expect them any time soon.
Why dont you want to join the ARB?
