Does anyone know the ideal number of sample count that an object can be skipped. Is it depended on screen size…etc?
I was testing on the number i tried 2000 and i dont really see any viewable objects missing!
on some models the occlusion is hiding a lot even if the sample count is limited to zero
As I understand it, what you generally want with occlusion queries is a boolean “seen/unseen”; the specific sample counts are generally irrelevant. If it drew a sample, then it is seen. Otherwise, it is unseen.
