nurbs circle or cylinder

No one answered this on the beginner section- so I decided to post it here too.
Can anyone give me or point me to the coord points and knot sequence necessary to make a nurbs circle or cylinder?
PS While this isn’t necessarily openGL specific, I’m trying to do this w/ openGL, and I didn’t know who else to ask.
