Quick question: When I call
glGetIntegerv(GL_MAX_TEXTURE_UNITS_ARB, &nTextureUnits);
on a GeforceFX 5600 with 43.45 drivers, it returns 4. Shouldn’t it be at least 8, and maybe 16?

This is correct behavior.
