Need a programm wich can produce OpenGL-Code!

I need a programm to design and built my 3D-Programms more kofortable than by code!
Is there any way to build komplex 3D-Objcts in a programm like blender and run it with the original code, copied in the self written OpenGL Code?

“whm” i know that 3dstudio max supports many textbased formats, one is cpp code based, but you can write self some importers for binary files, if you have some filespecs…

and this is much better than putting the object into the code …
