More racism charges against apple computer

Multiple Racism-related Complaints continue to be filed against Apple Computer

ANOTHER REASON NOT TO BUY AN IPOD…

The California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) has received multiple complaints from Employees of Apple Computer regarding on-going Racial Segregation, Racial harassment, and Discrimination carried out by other employees and managers at Apple Computer in Cupertino California.

Among the allegations (dating back both before, and after September 11, 2001),

1) Racially Motivated threats of bodily harm, and harassment made by Apple Employees against minorities.

  1. Apple Managers instructing White employees to isolate and segregate non-Whites, ethnic minorities, etc.

  2. Termination of employment as a result of Racial retaliation against Asians, Middle Easterners, Blacks, and others.

  3. Employee usage of Apple’s employee and customer information databases to forward personal information about racial minorities to White Supremacists located outside of the company, in both the United States and Canada.
The allegations also point to Apple Computer’s highly coordinated efforts between its Human Resources department, headed by Dan Walker, and managers in various departments at the company’s Cupertino headquarters, to process complaints from victims by posing as third party “Employee Relations” personnel. Through this technique Apple has stolen evidence from victims and used that evidence to help it’s White Supremacist employees to destroy and erase evidence such as E-mails etc.

The California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) keeps records of racial discrimination in the work place, and sometimes independently pursues legal action against offending entities. California Law requires victims of Racial Discrimination to file a complaint with it, prior to commencing any legal action against offending employers.
Segregation, retaliation, and racially motivated terminations by employers are all illegal in California.

Among those named in the complaints are the following people:
(Numbers in parenthesis, refer to the complaint numbers above)

David Mcleod (CARBON GROUP)(1,4)
Peter Graffagnino (GRAPHICS GROUP)(2, 3)
John Meyer (GRAPHICS & PRINTING GROUP)(2, 3)
Howard Riley (GRAPHICS & PRINTING GROUP) (2,3)
John Geleynse (DEVELOPER RELATIONS) (1)
Dan Riccio (CASE DESIGN) (2,3)

This is getting all too familiar; Apple has, little by little, layed off its qualified staff for years, in favor of existing less qualified college dropouts and other individuals, in engineering positions, with absolutely no related credentials in the field they work in.
…And look at where they are now; still struggling with the same old issues for several years running…

Are there no Linux forum moderators?!

Probably not, but I doubt they would be interested in an Apple Informant for the job!

Get a life man…you need one.

what about this: you don’t post doubtable accusations in this forum, and we do not flush your greenpeace or attac forums with programming tips.

moderator, remove this boring thread.

Well, I for one hope that Apple Computer finally gets what it deserves for the way it humiliated and cheated people like me. I watched as other Apple “engineers” with no engineering, or any other technical qualifications, laugh and snicker as a few of us were escorted out of the building in Cupertino, CA, one day.
Yet, years later, I watch with awe as morons like John Calhoun and Ed Voas still work and earn $120,000 (US) per year at Apple because they wrote some stupid program like Space Donkeys or Aaron, many many years ago for Mac OS 4.0 (and now also claim that they wrote Mac OS X!).
I guess some people automatically get tenured to Apple Fellow status as long as they have the right skin color.
It works out well for those indivduals, as they spend each day coming to work and getting paid for burning DVD’s of their home videos, surfing the web and working on their stupid little personal projects –
But eventually Apple Computer (and the many companys out there that have similar policies) end up paying the price for their stupidity.
