mobile rendering

I must develop a simple 3d opengl es 2.0 model importer from ifc on a mobile tablet.
In android.
I would use a my opengl library , but i don’t know what is better for rendering of 100 200 simple meshes.
The meshes are column or beam.
What system of shader and of rendering advice to me for this work?
phong/directional light ecc…?
