Level Design


If i create some rooms for my indoor environment, what would you suggest:

  • The walls, ceiling and floor consist only of the corresponding inward-facing polygons.

or should i go this way:

  • Each side (walls, ceiling, and floot) are made up of solid geometry.

Thanks for any suggestions!

The first one. Even if youre using CSG for creating the map geometry, you should get rid of the outwards facing polygons, since they cant be seen anyway.
