can anyone help me save a picture created
using opengl as a bitmap file

if you’re in windows… press the print screen button (next to the scroll lock), and then open up MsPaint, and then edit-paste. That should paste you the whole screen, just crop out the piece you want, and there you go

If you hold down the alt key then press print-scrn it will give you an image of just the active window.
