# How to create a customised URL for a file selected from Input type="file"?

Update 

Here when file is selected from input type=“file” i want to create a URL similar like(http://\<server\_host\_ip\>:\<server\_port\>/\<image\_name.bin\>)

This has nothing to do with WebGL.
