Hi.
I just bought a new comp, with a Gainward FX5700Ultra card.
I installed windows, and installed the latest NVIDIA Forceware drivers.
Now, I use this computer for CAD, I’m using Solidworks and AutoCAD, both use OpenGL.
And they run okay. But do I even have OpenGL drivers installed? If I installed them, would my software run faster?

Yes, they are part of the Forceware drivers.
You dont need to install anything in addition.
